Eric has been in the technology business for 30 years including the last 10 in food service technology, where he was pivotal in the development of several successful technology solutions.

Player 1 has spent the better part of the last three decades in sales in the non-commercial food service business. His reputation in the industry is renowned and his genuine personal connections are vast.

Player 2 has been in the convenience and food services business on the technical side for most of the last 30 years. He has intimate familiarity with operators and their technical challenges.

Player 3 launched his own marketing practice to help entrepreneurs and small businesses back in 2003 after a successful career as a business & technology consultant with both international and national professional service firms.
